OTBN!

(Open That Bottle Night)

When: Saturday, February 25th

Time: 5-8:30pm

Come celebrate and participate in the 13th annual OPEN THAT BOTTLE NIGHT (OTBN) our third at Sips Bistro.  Don't know what OTBN is??  Well in 2000 Dorothy J. Gaiter and John Brecher began an event to give us 'permission' to open that special bottle of wine that we have been holding onto - possibly for too long!!  The wine doesn't have to be expensive or even hold the special memories once held or hope for just the 'right occasion, moment or place' to open that bottle.  So Sips will host an OTBN on February 25, 2012.  Our corkage fee will be waived (limit one per party) and we will encourage you to share your story about the bottle if you'd like.  We hope this will be a fun night!  We have already selected our bottles for OTBN.  So make your reservation to OPEN THAT BOTTLE!
